“Methinks that the moment my legs begin to move, my thoughts begin to flow”

Henry David Thoreau

The simple act of walking can inspire our thinking and open our minds to the serendipity of life. Taking in the world around us at the pace in which we were designed to travel, allows us to embrace the natural ebbs and flows of our own energy and the places around us.

Beginning with some gentle movement and framing we’ll walk from 10am - 1pm on a guided route.

These walks are deliberately peaceful, reflective and mindful and include forest bathing exercises, designed to give you space and time to enjoy the surroundings and connect more deeply to yourself and nature.

Our pace and level of challenge is moderate with generous breaks and energising snacks.

If you’re interested in learning with nature and would like to discover local places and new connections in the community please come along.
